Great activity for the family! Highly recommend the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and make strudel and nockerl from scratch. Just delicious!

Our strudel and Salzburg nockerl class was hands on. I actually think I can do this at home! Johann was a patient instructor. We loved the ambiance. The school is actually carved into the side of the mountain. Our goulash lunch was light and delicious.

We had fun making two pastries and eating them with a bowl of delicious soup. The venue is a 400 or so year old cave which is really cool. A great experience!
