We didn’t come here for the Grand Prix, we were on a trip run by our cruise and our coach driver, Michel, was a scream.
He drove us around some of the Grand Prix route and as we approached the start line he stopped to...More
Oh darn, I missed it. What sad luck. And here I was, sitting on my yacht with nothing to do ... guess I'll have to power up the helicopter and go for a spin.
This is truly the place and the pastime for those living...More
Yachts in the harbour, embodying the glitz and glamour of the Monaco Grand Prix. One of the big screens on the GP circuit, essential to follow the action from the grandstands...it's just wow. Wanna come back again. Road trip is the best.
It's heaven on earth as far as I'm concerned, first went in 1972, and have gone about twenty times since.
The sounds and smells make it so special, but these days be prepared to spend a lot of money to get the right seat.
Still soaking up the fact I managed to walk along the grid and also travel a full lap of this iconic race. Monaco is a special place to visit and I was fortunate enough to enjoy the thrill of the event being made for the...More
We attended the 2018 Monaco Grand Prix utilizing a package through the Senate Grand Prix group out of the UK. Absolutely excellent. Not inexpensive but they handled everything. We stayed in Nice and they provided train tickets into Monaco. It is difficult navigating your way...More
Such a disappointment! But what we did see was lovely. Day trip on a wet day in the alps turned into 9 hours sat in the car. Traffic heading to Monaco was very heavy and queued before reaching the last toll. So much traffic and...More
We were on a driving tour of the South of France so decided to go through Monaco and drive the circuit. It was very good once you got into the city itself and the traffic jams reduce. It isn’t easy to get to the right...More

Firstly Nice is absolutely lovely. Whilst there buy a tram ticket to get the best from your visit. It's so simple and the ticket machines have an english option. We travelled to Monaco by train - again very simple to do. The best view of the GP circuit can been seen from the royal palace. The views are amazing and you can see most of the circuit plus all the very expensive yachts. Take a map of the track so that you have an outline to guide you. You will have a great time. you can also walk to the start/finish line and see the white grids on the road - be aware that there will be lots of traffic on the roads. You can also see Prince Rainier's car collection, go on line for more information.
