Situated in Lemona, Cyprus, with lovely views over the countryside , Tsangarides Winery is worth a visit to taste the locally produced wines. In between some cheese, black olives & small crackers we were invited to try 4 wines. We liked the Xynisteri 2017 White...More

We usually visit this winery whenever we are in Paphos. The setting is spectacular with stunning views. The wine is also very good 😊 the owner is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him. Well worth a visit.

Tsangarides is our favourite winery. It is owned and run by Angelo Tsangarides who will, more than likely talk to you about his winery, and the whole process. I would not advise trying to get there by any other means than by car. Leave Paphos on the Polis Road, and once you have climbed out of Paphos take a right turn to Tsada and Letympou. Follow that road for some while and you will come across signs for Tsangarides - keep you eyes open, they are not the clearest of signs. A taxi would cost at least 50 euros, so hire a car for the day, and have a designated driver. The wines are good. Sorry for delay in reply. Try the Letympou Tavern for lunch.
