Paull was an extremely gracious host and provided an entertaining and informative experience of how Eimverk got started and how they've grown. You also get to try 9 different drinks (gin & whisky), all of which were superb. I wish the country would allow them...More

Paul was a great host. Very informative and engaging. Fun group. This was an enjoyable visit and tour after walking around Reyjkavik all day. You can't purchase alcohol here, but you will have plenty of samples. Also you can buy duty-free at Keflavik airport before...More

A small but fun distillery. Enjoyed the opportunity to taste 9 (NINE) different products with a story about each product. They also sell shot glasses and t-shirts, nice quality.

We had a great time! Took my husband for his 50th birthday. Plenty of whiskey and education and fun! Money well-spent!

You get a lot for the fee—drinks, explanation, humor. As the country’s only distillery worth the experience. Too bad you can’t buy the alcohol there though due to the laws.

It's not a big place- in fact it's not big even AFTER the recent expansion (can't imagine how it all used to fit), so the 'tour' is basically walking from the lobby into the next room and getting a quick overview of the process. That...More

You definitly must visit this place if you like whiskey and gin! The host Pàll was fantastic. He talked about the whole process of the production. Followed by a walk through the destillery and finished with whiskey and gin tasting. Once again worth every ISK!
