We had a day-long (11 hrs) trip around the Golden Circle. Örvar provided us with great explanations, comfortable driving and the best parking spots :D. Big recommendation!

Just returned from a week plus vacation in Iceland. We used Iceland Premium Tours for a 5 day private tour of the island. The tour was amazing as we saw way more than you could possibly imagine in that time frame. Our guide Heimir was fantastic. Super knowledgeable about the island and his own family history dating back to the Vikings. Heimir was great at adjusting our schedule and points of interest on the fly. He could see my interest in the glacier and managed to surprise our family with short hike to get up close to these majestic natural formations. It was not scheduled but he knew it would be a highlight on our trip. Iceland really requires 10-12 days to see and explore fully so we will return. When we do we will use Orvar and his team at Iceland Premium Tours to plan our trip. Thanks again for an amazing introduction to Iceland!

We initially had only one tour booked with this company, but after our trip to Golden Circle with Orvar, we cancelled other reservations and came back to his company for other day-trip excursions. It was rather last minute change, but he worked diligently to accommodate our request. We know that traveling with only our group of 4 moved up the price point, but 12 - 15 hours in a large SUV with personal conversation and guided explanations was well worth the expense for our two couples. Iceland was a bucket list trip; Orvar helped us create memories for a lifetime, and became a friend! We all will be telling our other couple traveling friends to go with Iceland Premium Tours!

I had the good fortune of a day trip to the Westman Islands with Orvar, who was a Viking Gentleman. He took care to make sure I had as much time as possible at the best sites possible along the way. This included history and background for all that I saw. On Westman Islands, I was able to see most of the key sites on the island, treated to lunch and great conversation. When we arrived to the ferry for the journey back, the doors were shut, yet Orvar was able to get us on board. On the way back to my hotel, I was also given a bonus tour of the Old Harbor. Had I been able to plan in advance better, I would have taken all of my tours in Iceland with Iceland Premium Tours. Whatever your you take, you’re in good hands with Orvar in Iceland.

We booked 5 days private tour with Iceland Premium Tours, and we were hosted by none other than the CEO Orvar himself. He has been very accommodating towards our request, and provided his unparalleled understanding of Iceland itself. We have been hit by bad weather thru the week, he never stopped a moment to suggest alternate alternatives, without compromising of safety.
When we were on the way to the airport, knowing that we did not managed to see the aurora, he took a last effort and drove us to a location for a last ditch effort. And we managed to catch a glimpse of it finally!

My mom and I visited Iceland for a week and had a couple of trips booked through Iceland Premium Tours. Our driver was none other than Örvar! The first trip he took us on was the 3-hour tour of Reykjavik coupled with an afternoon at the Blue Lagoon. First of all, the Jeep that we were taken around in was extremely spacious and comfortable. The windows had a cover over the top of it so even if you wanted to roll the windows down to get a better look at something, no rain or snow would come in to the vehicle. More importantly, Örvar was extremely knowledgeable about everything he was showing us in addition to all of the extra questions we had for him. Throughout the week Örvar was an absolute delight to be with—extremely professional and personable. He added on portions of our trip that were not on our original itinerary but that he thought we would enjoy such as the Viking museum and a pastry shop. He truly put so much effort into making this the trip of a lifetime. Thank you to Örvar and Iceland Premium Tours!

We had booked a 6-night Iceland tour with another company. When we arrived at Keflavik airport, we were greeted by Örvar Siggurdson, the CEO and owner of Iceland Premium Tours, who was our driver and guide for the duration. During the week, he took us on a 3-hour tour of the greater Reykjavik area, on an overnight trip to the South Coast, to see the Northern Lights, and to the Blue Lagoon and the Reykjanes Peninsula. In addition to providing first-rate service, Örv was a delight to be with, as he was not only knowledgeable about all things Icelandic but was also easy to be with and a great traveling companion. We can’t recommend him and his company highly enough!

Really well-organised day. Our driver, who was none other than Örvar, the CEO and owner of the tour company, massively contributed to the day’s activities. Excellent knowledge and history of landmarks, and above else, really good company. He also was able to get us discount at the Secret Lagoon, and at Solon which is a nice restaurant/bar in Reykjavik. Unfortunately we were unable to visit the glacier due to poor weather conditions.
The overall flow of the day was enjoyed by all of us and would definitely recommend for a small group of friends.

The weather was terrible the day we arrived on Iceland. It was raining for 24 hours already by the time we got on this tour. Despite that, our guide, Orvar, made the effort to provide us with the most excellent tour of the Golden Circle and South Coast. He took us everywhere but the weather was just against us so we missed some of the places and experience that we really wanted to do. Orvar gave us the proper warning when it was too dangerous to explore and gave us the go-ahead when it was okay to do so. We were soaked to the bone but he made us feel very comfortable. We took as much time as possible and never felt rushed with this tour. He had excellent knowledge of Iceland and showed us Iceland's hidden gems beyond the usual touristy spots. Because of Orvar, we saw the beauty of Iceland despite the bad weather.
