Pleasant area to stroll
Sep 2019 • Solo
A pleasantly intriguing area to stroll around, a varied mix of shops to peruse, as you’d expect. Prices as everywhere are expensive for visitors.

A pleasant experience shopping along this pedestrian mall
May 2019
After a short sea crossing from Denmark on a passenger ferry, we spent a couple of hours in Helsinborg. About an hour of our time there was spent strolling and shopping along this neat and tidy pedestrian mall.
We enjoyed visiting a variety of specialty shops and seeing the interesting range of goods on offer for sale. Among the shops we saw were fashion and shoe stores, gift shops and food outlets.
As tends to be the case in Scandinavian countries, the retail prices tended to be rather high. Consequently, we limited ourselves to window shopping rather than actually buying items but it was nice just to look.
Kullagatan is certainly a nice place for keen shoppers to spend some time whilst in Helsingborg. They can go about enjoying their retail therapy in a safe, pleasant environment without having to worry about dodging motor vehicles.

Short visit
Nov 2018 • Couples
Went here for a short visit after a great tour in Kronborg Castle (Helsingor,Denmark).
It was a short walk from.castle to pier and ferry ride is about 15 mins.
The City is modern with some diff shops around the walking street.
The gothic architecture of the city hall is awesome. I really loved it.
The color is great, match if the weather is great woth blue skies. Its very picturistique.
The sunset in the harbour is excellent..
Such a nice place for a quick visit.

Lots of little independent shops and coffee shops as well as big high street brands. Nice mix, laid back feeling.

Not what we expected
Sep 2018 • Couples
After visiting Old Town in Stockholm we expected some of the same feel. We found the shopping to be modern stores and boring. We were also disappointed in the relatively lack of small cafes. It isn’t something we recommend.

Wonderful!
Sep 2017 • Friends
My best friend and I visited Kullagatan in Helsingborg, Sweden and loved it! The shopping area sits at the foot of Karnan Keep which is beautiful. It’s a short walk from the central station and the harbor. The shops are located in buildings that are just beautiful... the architecture goes back to the 1400-1600s on lots of them. And there are so many shops & stores. We found some great items in quaint stores, modern stores, and everything in between. (I found the most beautiful Dala horses for souvenirs!) We enjoyed wandering the old streets, and veering off on side streets to explore more shops and old buildings. It was so much better than a mall! There are lots of coffee houses, cafes, and restaurants.... perfect places for FIKA, lunch or a little rest & refreshment! We will definitely return on our next visit!
