On our way to Spili (the Lion Fountain) we parked our car next to the church. Quite impressive new complex.

Very cool church to go see and walk around. The structures were really interesting and you can even ring a couple bells!

Only saw from outside as it was closed . Magnificent from the roadside backing onto mountains . Looked through the glass doors and very ornate as you would expect

it is next to the main Street. there are more churches in Spili (of course) but this is a monastery and hence big and easy to recognise. it is about 500m away from the center.
