The Palace Westgarth Cinema is my favourite venue to see a movie due it’s old world charm, there’s a great cafe/bar downstairs where the options are quite good. It’s a unique place as you can order and bring wine into the cinema! There’s a good...More

visited Westgarth Theatre several time in pursuit of Film festival screenings. There is a nice little cafe area as you walk in that sells good coffee and other drinks including wine that you can take into the theatre. Stair access may be challenging for the...More

Film was incredible, seats were comfy, parking was easy, drinks reasonably priced & the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating unlike the Nova where they think they're doing you a favour just for being there.

I didn't grow up here in Australia but this cinema reminds me of Saturday afternoon matinees on my own and Friday or Saturday evenings with my parents. I am currently attending the Scandinavian Filmfest ( 3 down 3 to go). I love the small screens...More

The establishment is a relatively casual yet distinctive old-world style theatre. It's a place to meet for laid-back socialising with a beer or wine or chocolatey choices for snacking! It's a real bargain considering the lush comforts of seating and inside quaintness that's befitting of...More
