It's quite a nice experience to be able to walk through or past such old buildings. There are some beautiful carvings on the building.

Thessaloniki is a beautiful city with great sea, restaurants, shopping, above all people...but there are also plenty of valuable Christian and Byzantine monuments worth visiting. Enjoy this amazing Greek gem!

An interesting monument you would understand nothing about if it weren't for the travel guidebook you are probably reading as you walk through Thessaloniki! Don't the Greeks realise how many people travel to their country out of love for their great monuments?

A beautiful roman monument in the center of the city! Make sure you pass by. It is also close to Rotonda Roman Temple
