Great for snorkelling, this may be my favourite beach, lots of lovely tavernas BUT there is a hidden gem on this beach that will make your holiday really memorable but you’ll have to find it for yourself as it’s so special I don’t want it...More

It’s got a lovely restaurant and turtle nests all over the beach. It’s a protected beach for the turtles that lay their eggs there. The sunbeds are free and the staff there are so welcoming and friendly. I’d definitely recommend it and go back again.

We have visited this beach 2-3 times/year in the last 5 years. This beach is our favourite beach in the entire island. It is not crowded, water is usually warm, the entrance in the water is nice and long(water does not became deep fast). There...More

Jep, best beach in Zakynthos. Free sunbeds in front of taverna where you can have drinks in the beach or have some lunch. Not very good road goes in there.

A lovely quiet place to spend the day good food available and a beautiful sea to cool down in. A little bit of a trek to get down in the car but we’ll worth it.

This was probably our favourite beach on the island. We stayed clear of the main part of the beach, and if you want somewhere a little quieter away from it all, there is a long strip to the side which very few people seem to...More

Dafni beach is definitely the opposite to for example Laganas beach. The sea and sand is very beautiful, many rocks and stones. Nice restaurant (one was still open, other one already closed for the winter season). It’s quite a difficult way to come here, please...More

The beach here is lovely, the road (track) to get to it is rough so care is needed, but once there is worth it. Absolutely lovely beach and the snorkelling is some of the best on the island

First of all- to get there on the good, cemented road you’ll need to put dafni tavern on google maps. Easy trip made with a Hyundai i10 (remember to turn the AC off when you leave..so you can climb up using the 2nd gear) That...More

The beach itself is spectacular with amazing views. However, the approach road is very hairy and frankly the beach doesn't compensate for the road...pothole terrors and appalling road surface with very little passing spaces for such a steep and bendy road. The car parking is...More

At dafni beach there is only a beach and 3 bars/restaurants. For shops you need to travel towards the main roads about 15 minutes over the hill. Road is ok but you should see it as off road. Have fun in Greece x
