The beach is lovely with clear waters. Unfortunately, the idiot who runs the bar at the beach plays atrociously loud music which ruins the atmosphere. I asked him to lower the volume and he said the beach is private and he can do whatever he...More

Located behind the airport, a sandy beach with blue clear water. Very windy but water is not deep for a lot of meters. Organised with umbrellas and a new tavern. Ideal for people who like to visit corners on the island, people who like wind...More

I went during off-season, and the only other people out there were 2 windsurfers!!! It was a little difficult to find, I turned around a few times even trying to use the GPS. But if more people had been on the beach, I'm sure I...More

The 2 beaches here are lovely but unfortunately have become extortionately priced by the people who "manage" them. This beach was €7 for 2 sunbeds and umbrella in July 2017. In July 2018 the price is now €15 on one and €10 on the other....More

A very beautiful beach with an idiot owner of the local beach bar that ruins this beauty. How on earth this idiot claims that the beach is private and charges 15€ for an umbrella without providing any service at all ? Why the umbrella cost...More

Beautiful beach but awful music from the cafe. They played music so loudly it was like a disco on the beach but all we wanted was to relax and hear the sea and the waves. It was so much better when they closed the cafe.

A beautiful beach like Elafonisi on the island of Crete, a pink sand of crystal clear water, without much crowds on the beach, a total relaxation. The deck chairs and parasols and open-air bar provide all the necessary comfort. One complaint is the difficult arrival...More

One of our favourite beaches in Karpathos, Diakotfis has unforgettable light blue waters, and the scenery is just so beautiful it's surreal! It can get windy, so it's worth checking the weather/wind forecast out before planning.

This beach is to be visited on non windy day and it is just stunning. Fine sand, crystal clear shallow waters, beautiful scenery; it is definitely MUST! It's breathtaking.

There is not a bus from Pigadia to Diakoftis beach. If you rent a car or motorbike you can drive alone. The main street is asphalt and the rest is not asphalt, but in good situation. A small car could go there. If you... More
