This restaurant has a magic location, lovely food and one of the best beaches in all Santorini, with new umbrellas and sunbeds. The furniture is nicely renewed even if it keeps the old authentic design. Loved the architecture and filter staff atmosphere.

The road is a nightmare. But there is a nice sea, and this restaurant is really good. Big portions, and they have carrot salad. Umbrellas are 7euros for the entire day

Drove here from Kamari for a break from the pool. Decided not to use the sunbeds (nice and exclusive area) since we only stayed for a couple of hours, hence we walked some hundred meters away. It was quite OK to lie on a towel,...More

Ambiance is great, but don't come for the service. Come for ambiance. Waited for too long with no service. It was quite comical attempting to get the waiters service. Once we did order the service was very efficient and food was good. Worth the drive!

Maybe we were unlucky but for us the beach is the worst in Santorini. The sea is full of algae and it is difficult to swim.

The beach, in the closing days of the bar that runs deckchairs and umbrellas, is occupied (probably illegally) by the old man who helps people to get off the boat. As soon as you sit on the couch, a LITTLE GIRL comes to ask for...More

The road down to the beach is a bit of a dirt track so take care, places to park at bottom. A charming little beach, beds 7 euros for 2 with an umbrella in front of Mesa Pigadia Taverna. There is a little stone jetty,...More

Excellent beach if you stay in the Akro beach bar area. It is protected from the strong winds and there is a cave just a few meters from shore.

I caught the boat from Akrotiri for €5. It takes about 30 mins to hop from the Red to the White and finally to the Black. The Red Beach is a tiny strip populated by lots of people and is best viewed from the water...More
