Very pretty Greek orthodox church, right in the center streets of Heraklion, Crete. It is a great place to visit, and spend a few moments admiring its wonderful paintings in silence. The Church is used for masses, so visits have to be very respectful and...More

My wife and I were here on a Globus tour, though this was part of cruise ship tour itself. We were on our own in Knossos, wandering thru the town, seeing the 'downtown' and Morosini Fountain, City Hall, Basilica of St. Mark ... The Church...More

If you are walking from the waterfront, this church is located on the left hand side of 25 Augustou Street, as you head toward the Loggia and the Lions Fountain. If it is open, take a step inside and look around.

St Titus church is next door to the Loggia and only a few yards from the Lion fountain. It is well worth a visit to see the stained glass which casts a warm glow. Many of the interior walls are white, which makes the interior...More

This church has a long history and was a bit of a surprise find while visiting Heraklion. Since the original church was remodelled by muslims the church displays some features usually found in mosques, which make it very interesting. The icons and the wood carvings...More

A lovely peaceful building when we visited in the evening. A final resting place for the skull of St Titus, repatriated from Venice in 1966. The church spent a few centuries as a mosque during the ottoman occupation.

I confirm the above answer. I personally took photos inside Agios Titos Church, and most probably you can use Video recording too. The Church can easily accommodate over 200 people.
