I rate this beach highly because of the emotions I experienced there. We arrived there by a ship, and while we were swimming, the crew was cooking tasty meat for us. My little tip: take flip-flops with you, because the ground is extremely hot there...More

its a bit of a walk especially on a hot morning but well worth the trouble, we went there many times on this trip and it was never busy at all, lucky maybe but beautiful and some great walks to other coves.

A lovely, peaceful beach with sunbeds available and having a dip in the turquoise sea. Refreshments are onsite and the people are very friendly.

Absolutely stunning beach with amazing clear waters. All the tour boats stop there for food so locals recommend visiting after 5pm. I found that the boats usually left by 3pm. Definitely worth a visit!

I heard about the crowds come midday at this place so after tips on finding the beach from two local men, I rose at five a.m. on my last day in Crete and walked the forty minutes from Elounda Krini Hotel. It was a peaceful...More
