This church is graced by many hand-carved, gilded sculptures inside. It’s truly breathtaking. No photography or “videoing” are allowed, so search the Internet for photos, but visit regardless. This is an amazing, sacred place.

The church has since been converted in a museum for the public. Very impressive gold gilded interior... one of the most “extravagant” I’ve seen in Portugal. But no photos allowed. Ticket also entitles you access to the catacombs and treasury.

I've visited many, many churches in my time, but even I was stunned by this one. So beautiful, so much gold - you could sit & look at it for hours.

This cathedral was one of them most ornate we have ever seen in Europe. The wooden carvings with gold leaf were amazing. The one with the Tree of Jesse was simply awesome (and I really don't use the word much). The tombs below the museum...More

Maybe on books. It is no longer a church. It's a museum.

Online. Or you can pay for postcards. It is a world heritage site so I would just grab an online pic and use it on your posting.
