Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great service. Super polite and welcoming. Great vintage and antique surrounding make is super unique.
They do not take international card payments however this is not an issue as ATM is just opposite.
Worth a visit 👍

We spotted this off a tur we were on (the Red Bus Hop on/off bus) and got off the bus to explore further. We were not disappointed - it's lovely and there is a great bar/ cafe inside with trestle tables and they had sharing platters and soups etc. The food was lovely and very cheap. The staff were nice and friendly and happy at work. The presentation of the whole place was impressive. Some great ideas for usage of artifacts too. Well recommended for a visit.

For the first time in Porto we felt really bad spending 35€ in a couple of cheap porto wine glasses and some bread with pea/cheese/ham (see the picture, it was just 3 slices of bread).

We’ve been to expensive restaurants here in Porto but the point the value you get out of it, and here the value was hard to find. A shame considering the charm of the place.
