Set amongst the blocks and buildings of Funchal, it is a pleasure to discover this lovely garden. As others have commented, the varieties of trees and plants are interesting. Only a short walk but very nice.

The park is a lovely oasis in the center of town with beautiful plants throughout. There is also a small duck pond that had some baby ducks when we were there which delighted many kids watching them.
