The palace is fantastic both inside and outside, with fabulous furniture. The staff hasn't been really nice, since at 15 minutes from the closing time, with a group of 10 people ca. still inside they started to turn off the lights and following us as...More

The palace has beautiful tile work and wood carving. It is worth a visit to see the art work of the period in the palace. The lighting is not great so on a rainy day it may not be as picturesque as on a sunny...More

It is an interesting palace, well central in the historical part of Sintra. Recommend it to visit, especially for the interior.

Stupendous palace - every room had me going - ‘Wow’ Well worth the €10 entry charge. The craftsmanship of the tiles, painted ceilings, cabinets and woodwork - all fabulous. Go and see it.

Don't miss this beautiful palace dating back to the Middle Ages which overlooks a beautiful town. Can be crowded with tour groups, but you can also enjoy the town shops afterwards.

We visited this place in the afternoon, just walked up to the ticket desk and bought tickets. No queue there or anywhere. Very pleasant experience.
