We made a 5 course dinner that was simply wonderful. Tomas engaged everyone (14) in the process with clear directions in a very comfortable manner. Excellent. Highly recommend.

Thomas was a great cook who spoke English well and was humorous and easy to work with. The class was hands on preparing the three dishes together as a group.
