We met Carolina a little late. She kindly waited. In excellent English she described the nature and the history of the city. Walked just enough for us. Took a No 12 tram, ate custard tarts and sampled wine, cheese and ham. Really enjoyed it.
We went out today, 18th January. It was raining but we were in good spirits. Our guide Joanna was sooo nice. Our group was also lovely and gelled well. We saw all the less known places which our guide showed to us. Lots to drink,...More
Really lovely tour with Joana - she pitched the tour perfectly and it was very very interesting - along with custard tarts/ginja/cheese and wine she gave us numerous tips to maximise our stay in Lisbon - could not recommend it highly enough.
Loved my guide Sophia. I liked her attentiveness, her knowledge, and how friendly she was. The drinks were good but some of the food was a bit cold (thus not as tasty). Had a great experience with my group.
Went on January 17, 2019, with driver Carlos. He was prompt, full of information, and a terrific driver. (I know because I sat in the front seat and watched him!) In addition to Fatima, Nazare, and Obidos we also stopped at the Batalha Monastery. I...More
Carolina was simply outstanding and the tour was a remarkable way to get to know the city and its culinary delights. I met new friends and had a wonderful time. Worth MUCH more than the price of admission!

We have a very fun and informative tour to recommend that we booked through Inside Lisbon. We took the "Sintra and Cascais Small Group Day Trip from Lisbon." Bruno was the guide and he was excellent as he shared a lot of information about the history of Lisbon and how the locals live. The Pena Palace is amazing, magical! A must see! Cascais is a pretty coastal town that is fun to explore and eat gelato. This tour does not include the Moorish castle but you can see it from Pena Palace. I highly recommend this tour, especially the guide because he does not hurry, he gave us extra time to explore the castle and the town which made it a leisurely day.
