    Back row seats very cramped
Website booking states there are two sets of two seats at the back. Our bus had a row of five with the end seats almost entirely filled by the bus frame. Absolutely nowhere to put your arm or shoulder so you are destined for a very uncomfortable ride if the person next to you isn't friend or family. The bus from Albufeira to Lisbon was otherwise fine. Departed 20 minutes late but the driver was friendly, WiFi worked, air conditioning worked, cheap ticket and takes pretty much the same amount of time as the train. Had I not had the misfortune of being allocated to the back row, it would be 5*.

    Adequate
Arrived by Metro , Short walk to station. Nothing flash but worked well. Not that big. Good signs, big board shows the bus number and stand. Buy ticket online. Was there in the morning pretty busy and felt safe. Bus was fine. No toilet.

Direct bus from Tavira to Seville. No stops.
Not sure if this the correct company. We took a bus from Tavira to Seville. the bus was full. It was a 2+ hour ride. The driver was a bit surly and greeted everyone by stating "NO BATHROOM." There was a bathroom but it was locked????? On the return trip, the driver stopped at a gas station/rest stop and most of us got off to use the facilities.

    Worst Ticket Buying Experience
The ticket buying experience in Evora was horrible. All the ticket machines were offline so everyone had to wait in a single line to buy tickets. After awhile the ticket person closed her window and all sales were halted for almost five minutes. No one could explain why. The likelihood of catching our scheduled bus diminished minute by minute. Luckily when the window reopened we got our tickets and ran to our bus. We were the last to board as our driver flicked away his cigarette and climbed up behind us. The bus ride itself was much a better experience than the ticket line. The drive back to Lisbon was smooth and uneventful and we actually feel asleep for part of the way. The seats were not too bad and the bus was not full. There was a bathroom in the center of the bus and we watched one passenger approach the bus driver and came back with a key. Not sure why passengers just can’t freely use the restroom. Overall Rede needs to improve their end to end service rider experience. Yes they have the lowest prices but don’t need to make it so stressful or difficult to use them.

From setubal to odemira bus n. 80 The bus driver obliged me to put my backpack in the bag store although it wasn't too big (half full 38 liters, 7 kilos, I just traveled with the airplane) and I told I just could put it on me and between my legs. Of course now aboard the bus is not so full of people and there's plenty of space. He was rude and misbehaving, it was raining and immediately told not to get on the bus. He asked in Portuguese where I was directed to (none of his business, it was clear he just asked it out of the blue) as if it wasn't clear I wasn't from here, I answered in English and he just made and awkward face. Never happened to me before in my entire life. I'm never using your services anymore, going to report it on as many reviews website as possible and if something should happen to my luggage you're going to hear from my lawyer soon. Shame on you.

We reserved ahead of time and got a great ticket rate. However, the staff were a bit edgy, intolerant, irritated. Seats were small. Driver in Evora station was intolerant, unhelpful, irritated and yelling at people. The ride was fast, driver definitely negotiated tight turns and traffic in safe manner. Felt a bit like an entertainment ride being bounced around in the chairs, offered some comedy. Station in Lisbon was absolutely disgusting, filthy. Would not chose this method in future.

Terrible! Can't use the app without the tax number and the Portuguese mobile. Their ticket return DOESN'T WORK at all! I had to cancel my purchased ticket in advance, and they never replied to my email and the email reminder as well. So I never got a refund, as it was stated on their website.

The bus doesn't have toilet and some of the stops as well not! The stops with toilet you pay 1€ if you're not a human that needs to piss it is a very recommendable bus service.

We did Porto to Lisbon a few days ago and Lisbon to Faro today on Rede espressos bus. The busses were clean, modern and comfortable with seat belts that worked. Bus was on time both trips. Toilet on board. Both drivers were excellent and we felt safe through out both trips.
Excellent price.

After arriving 40 min late in Sao Bartolomeu de Messines the bus driver from the bus 90 Lagos to Lisbon I came into the bus and it was full so I seat down on the first seat but the bus driver made me change even dough there aren't any stops between Messines and Almada where I'm going. There was someone else sitting on my seat but I didn't made them change since I considered a waste of time. Busdrivers should be more worried about driving and arriving on time then where people are sitting and how much the tickets cost.

The worst service that I’ve ever experienced.
We did a long trip from Jerez de la Frontera to Lisbon.
Horrible and moody driver. Very uncomfortable sits and THEY CHARGE 0,50€ FOR TOILET. If you have no coins, that’s all your problem.
Should be illegal.
