What a lovely church to visit! It is decorated with sculptured wood and so much more. For two euros, you can visit their museum on the second floor; well worth the price and the effort to climb the 35 steps.

I really liked the cathedral and the museum. It's quiet, not so many visitors, so you can enjoy some calm minutes there. I wasn't disappointed like others here. Viseu is a small town but has a lot to offer though. I liked it there.

This place was so beautiful just to stare at, at night the lights and the cathedral are gorgeous, side by side with the museum. Also good for pictures and close to good restaurants...

A lovely town. Extremely interesting. So much history. Streets are steep, but that's Portugal. Well worth a visit

The all neighbohood is very nice, plenty of terraços and bares. Very nice atmosphere. Ir is a very clean place like the all city. It must be the most Clean city in the all country.

Cathedral was almost empty which helped with the overall serenity of the space, fantastic place to take a little time to reflect.

The cathedral is really beautiful and well worth a visit in Viseu. It is situated in the old town with plenary of restaurants around it.

I think the best way to describe a visit to the Cathedral is 'the gift that keeps on giving' - you enter through a side door into a beautiful courtyard, the light streaming in from the open sky and tiled pictures and stonework all around...More
