About
Coimbra Stand Up Paddle (CSUP) was created to fill in the gap regarding water sports in the city of Coimbra as well as by the Mondego river which offers unique conditions for the SUP practice . This sport was born in Hawaii and it consists of using a board and a paddle to propel the paddle boarders who are in an upright position and slide through the water surface while they can calmy appreciate the city view. On Monday to Friday mornings we are open with reservation.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a great time. After leaving our stuff in the Office and good instructions we were ready to sup. In the beginning it is a little bit hard but after a while we got used to it also our nine year old sun. The view of the river is nice. At the end pictures were taken and we received them by mail. It was worth the money.

I have done stand up paddle with Coimbra Stand Up Paddle for a professional and a personal purpose and I loved both experiences. The service is explendid and the activity itself is quite fun and relaxing a lot thanks to the gorgeous and massive Mondego River. It’s an easy 5/5 👌🏼

Coimbra Stand Up Paddle allows the user to experience the city in a different way. It's located just 5 minutes from the center on a well designed grass field placed on the left bank of the stunning Mondego River. The sport is extremely relaxing and easy to learn, with a quick safety explanation. Even if you don't want to get in the river, it is an incredible place to sunbath or go for a walk with friends and family. I recommend it for everyone who want to spend a different and amazing afternoon.
