We choose Sea Colors from among many whale watching tours in the quaint Azores town of Ponta Delgado. And how happy we are to have made this choice. I was expecting a large boat that we could walk around in, chill, maybe eat or grab...More
Well the dolphins were amazing and we even got to swim with them. Swimming with them absolutely blew my mind though I understand we got lucky in that regard. We didn't see any whales. We got a talk at the start which was very informative...More
We spent ages trying to find a company to go whale watching with who seemed more of an eco company which we felt sea colors was the best for that. We saw whales which was amazing. Had to wait a while for them to come...More
Had a unique & fantastic time on this dolphin & whale watching excursion. Very profesional staff and briefing beforehand let you know how the day will go and what you might see. We saw a ton of dolphins (two kinds) and at least 3 sperm...More

One night at dinner, my husband and I struck up a conversation with a mom and son who were on the island for a week. They raved about Sea Colors. We booked an afternoon trip with them and loved it. They began with a discussion...More
We did a whale watching with Sea Colors a few days ago. We were looking for reliable people and above all respectful of the sea/the animals we were going to watch. And we definitely found them! The team leader is a marine biologist, she's very...More
We chose this tour because of how environmentally considerate they seemed and they did not disappoint! They started out with a briefing on what we might see and the possibility that we might not see any dolphins or whales or be able to swim so...More
I can't recommend Sea Colours highly enough, fully enjoyed both trips I did with them.

Jasmine was very accommodating when we made our reservation long in advance, and was a very good guide in showing us the marine wildlife that was in the vicinity on the day of our tour.
The boat is nice — a 12-seater Searib, where you...More
I would also wait a couple of days for a reponse via email. I booked in June 2018 and they replied in two or three days. If you're in a hurry than maybe a call would work faster. Have a great trip!

Hi, we went on a trip with Sea Colors in August last year (2016) and the cost was 55 euros each. The way this company works (or at least then) was that you go on a trip and they follow up with whatever happens on the day, whales, dolphins, swimming with dolphins if it's appropriate that day. They say the trips are between 2,5 and 4 hours all depending on the animals whereabouts and behaviour (we were definitely at the 4 hour plus range when we went out). Hope that helps, but you can email them direct, we booked with them by email before we arrived as we only had a few days in Ponta Delgada.
