Amazing view, definetely a must when in Lagos. There is a path nearby so You can take a walk and see the lighthouse and some cliffs too.

The walk around the cliffs is easy as there is a boardwalk, go in the evening, lighting is best and you can take in the sunset

I think there is some public transport in the form of a bus, but it should be rare. That time of the year, temperatures are still mild, but you may catch some wind and rain.
