Loved our time of prayerful reflection here. A good example of renaissance baroque art, good facilities with helpful staff. Recommended

Really interesting place, the cathedral 's square itself is somewhat quite romantic. The entry price is 3,5 euro encompassing the cathedral, the tower and the museum. Very nice cathedral with wonderful carvings. The museum is certainly not an absolute must. Do not miss the panorama...More

A small fee to get into this beautiful Cathedral; very much worth it. You could stay for hours just looking at all of the amazing carvings.

The cathedral is a beautiful place to visit. Stunning carved statues and a museum upstairs which is included in your entrance fee. Reduced prices for senior citizens

Well worth a visit when in Faro old town. Beautiful small cathedral and a bone chapel outside. Do climb up to the clock tower, the view is magnificent. Serene and calm atmosphere with no crowds at all.

Visited with family including teenagers, who were interested, and a younger child who also enjoyed it. Climbing the tower was well worth the effort.

If you like churches etc this is a good place to take a look. A quick climb to the top of the tower gives you a good view of the old town with the odd airplane for good measure.

Sorry, there will be extra masses I am sure, but I don't know what they are. There are another couple of good churches, so I am sure you will find a Mass somewhere. The Tourist Information office may also be able to help... More
