Did this with my teenage son, really good fun. 30 mins is quite long enough as you'll feel it for a few days. Make sure your trunks are tied on tightly, nearly lost mine! We wore rash vests which probably helped protect us a bit.

Absolutely loads of fun. There were 5 of us and we all had an amazing time. Definitely worth the money and easy to pick up. By the end we were all doing tricks. Instructor was great.
