I walked the whole perimeter of the town- they are impressive There were beautiful flowering trees and it made for some great photos

These are one of the best preserved walls I have seen in a long time. They seem to go right round the city and you can walk around the outside of them very easily

Not a large structure compared to other walled medieval European towns. Worth a look. Easy access. Recommend.

These walls are still in great shape. They are from the mid evil and Roman period and almost surround the entire historic area. These walls and the walls of Obidos are a must see.

We walked around the town to get to the aqueducts and it was amazing to walk by the various gates. It has been so well preserved and is so integral to the city.

As you enter the city of Evora, you will be able to see the old city walls which are still partly surrounding the old city
