This is an amazing museum, but particularly so for book lovers and anything to do with printing. This is where the printing company the Plantin Press was founded in the 16th century. This is a printing sort of paradise and well worth a visit.

This is the place where the printing industry started. If you like old books or maps, this is the place to visit. Lots of things to see and learn.

Amazing museum of printing history, well installed exhibition in a nice building. Printing demonstration with traditional printing press can be fun for kids as well, but the whole visit is quite long.

This museum was in the beginning the epicenter of book printing. The rich decorations and great painting take you through the maze of different rooms as they were used centuries ago. Of of the gems a tourist must see when visiting Antwerp

You can park in the city center along the river Scheldt near the white restaurant “Zuiderterras” ( south terrace). This is approx 400 m from this fantastic museum.

Can be done in hour or even less, though easily enough material there to spend 3-4hrs, depending on your interest.
