Interesting history and video on how the cheese is made. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would be boring for kids, but my friend and I enjoyed it.

Interesting architecture outside - now a tourist office inside. Good choice of well priced souvenirs- though buy your cheese from the market outside as there is more choice...

The location and ambience are great. The night view if both sides if Shanghai famous bund is something worth to spend time admiring. The food, speciality is beef, was very good. They make it fun by giving each person a different knife.

At least it use to be when waage was the only Independent instrument in the city. Not only for the cheese.

The tourist info office was good, spoke English and were quite helpful. I bought a small book with a walking tour of Gouda. The scale on the main floor was quite interesting. I didn't have time to visit the museum upstairs.
