Hans and Marc provided a great canal boat experience! It was chilly, but they had blankets, hot chocolate, and warm red wine. We had a lot of fun with songs, jokes, and a great experience to float under the lights. Would highly recommend!
Had a brilliant cruise led by Mark for the light displays around the canals.
Was a very educational but very light hearted tour.
Couldn't fault the tour at all neither the host.

The tour is really good. We live in Amsterdam for 7 years and it was both a great way to see the light festival and to learn new things.

Great time! Great singing! 5 stars for Skipper Marc and Skipper Hans! Great view of the light festival, cheery atmosphere and warm blankets - nice hot chocolate for the children and gluhwein for the adults!
I was lucky enough to get the boat to myself. My guide, Stein, was very knowledgeable about the art and we discussed each installation along the way. He stopped the boat for me to take pictures and we had a nice cruise.
Hans and Marc were great tour guides with impeccable English, also speaking German for other guests. Very informative about the city and all the light installations along the way. The blankets were very welcome.
An evening trip showing the special art lights. Stein from Norway did a good job both steering the boat as well as commenting all the things we were shown. Stein was a bit surprised I thanked him in fluent Norwegian. I lived 11 years in...More

We enjoyed a brilliant cruise on this small boat. Hans and Marc were brilliant tour guides. They were funny and well-informed. Great guys! The complimentary hot red wine and blankets to stay warm were a great touch.
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
