This is my second visit. We booked a private tour this time in the afternoon for 20. Our guide was knowledgable and friendly but the experience was extremely busy and the benefits of the Private tour questionable. Interesting history of the family and the development...More

Really nice tour, and the beer is very tasty. They give you an opportunity to fill your own beer glass which in itself was a unique experience. Also got to taste a new beer which was put up for us to taste at no additional...More

This is one of the must places to visit while in Amsterdam. If you like beer you’ll love this place especially the free beer at the end of the tour!

I sent his online as a thing to do, so thought we would give it a try. It was so interesting. Starts of telling us about the history behind making Heineken and more information about the four ingredients that go into the lager. Then there’s...More

We visited Heineken experience during our 2nd trip to Amsterdam. We thought it was too touristic, but then decided to give it a try. It was so fun, entertaining, staff was helpful and everything was well planned during the tour. We learned a lot about...More

Great fun if you have a few hours spare. The tour takes you along a weird and wonderful route around the old Brewery. Not to mention the free Heineken you get along the way. Would recommend taking one of the Heineken canal boat tours which...More

A waste of money, the only good thing about the tour was you got two free beers. The tour was flashy lights, and odd videos. You weren't taught much, you would be better off visiting the local brewery where they show you how they actually...More

Hi! They definitely 'allow' babies - but strollers are not allowed. The place does not have ramps. Plus the blinking lights and loud music can really disturb an infant in my opinion.
