We recently had the WORST customer service experience imaginable. We made a plan for our last day in Switzerland to travel from Wengen to the zip line attraction, First Flyer, high above Grindelwald. It took almost two hours by train to arrive at the ticket...More

Big disappointment! It had a huge snow storm at the top of the mountain and the staff didn't tell us we would not be able to visit outdoors. We did the train tour to the top of the mountain and we only could to stay...More

I was not prepared for the railway ride to the top of the Jungfrau. This (and the visit to the station at the top) was the highlight of my trip. It does seem expensive at first ($150 US pp) but when you realize all you...More

This was very true for 2 out of the 3 that went on this excursion. We had a blast. It was worth the adventure. It really was not that bad (especially for someone that does not like heights). The ending was more of a stop...More

I made two attempts to go zip lining. The first time, it was getting late in the day so I decided to call first to see if I could still get in. The girl on the phone said “the office is open until 10.” I...More

What a way to come down from the top of First mountain! The First Flyer takes you from the very top to the next cable car station. You are strapped into a parachute seat and released over a vertical drop on the zip wire! Amazing...More

It is must do activity in case you are of adventure types. Perfectly safe but hell of an experience. The first flyer slides on top of a valley almost 1000 ft deep and you can enjoy the view of the mountain ranges. The activity lasts...More
