Easy to walk to from several adjacent hotels. Well lit, and only moderate auto/bicyce traffic to deal with. Excellent Thai Cafe 1 block away!

Use this station - wich is German owned and you pay in Euros rather than the main Basel station to go to various places. It is far, far cheaper.

The medieval streets is the highlight of this place.. My mouth keep saying omg for this beautiful structure.. I love switzerland 🇨🇭

Basel Badisher Bahnhof is the perfect destination if traveling from Germany on Deutsch Bahn (DB). Generally fares will be less than if going into Basel SSB station.

The second station at Basel, on the German side. Don't confuse this with the main Basel SBB but this station itself has some good connections in terms of trains and buses, as well as several shops. But then again, it's not Basel SBB...

Be very careful that similarly with the Euroairport wcich consists of three parts, the train station does also include a french part. So if it happens that you are traveling in France via SNCF you should go to the french part of the station. Other...More
