The heart of Perugia beats in this centuries old square, and it's lively ambiance is a classic Italian dream. See the ancient fountain made of medieval marble and sit on the opposite steps. People watch, have gelato, or grab a drink and soak it up!

We visited during the chocolate festival, so everything was incredibly crowded, but from what I could see, this place is worth walking around. There are museums, statues, everything an 'old town' needs
