Six of us joined Chef Fulvio for an authentic Italian cooking class & meal. We all learned that we do not use enough olive oil when cooking & that we should cook with either onion of garlic, but not both together!! Fulvio was very generous...More

Four of us staying at a nearby agriturismo were warmly welcomed by Fulvio who offered us his knowledge and insights and wonderful Tuscan recipes. We had a lot of fun, ate exceptionally well and learnt more about this beautiful part of Italy.

We signed up for a beginner cooking class. Fulvio was a great teacher! He was patient, knowledgeable and a very gracious host. Katia was extremely helpful and engaging. This cooking class is a MUST if you are planning a trip to the Tuscany area.
