I find the best way to experience a church like this is to sit in a pew and take time to look around and soak in the surroundings. This is lavishly decorated and well worth a visit.

The church is also known as the Church of Santi Michele e Gaetano. Building took place between 1604 and 1648. Not well known by the tourists, but I encourage anyone in love with art to stop by and admire it.

Here is another beautiful church in Florence. A lovely exterior with statues on its facade. If you are in florence you have to visit some of these smaller churches which are just as beautiful as the large ones.

Both the exterior and interior is beatiful. Not so big as some other churches but, with great ambiance. Not so many people as in the bigger churches so it's nice to just sit down and relax in silence from the crowd outside.

Attended service by chance on a sat evening. Hard Rain put me at door. I believe to ensure I experience aura of archangel Michael. Just beautiful - and peaceful. Joy Candles lit for Anthony and Vertie.
