This fruit stand immediately caught my eye as the fruit was gorgeous. I bought raspberries, peaches, apples, and plums. All of them were so fresh and delicious.

Mauro was so kind and his shop is convenient to Hotel Calzaiuoli and the Duomo. I bought fabulous tasting berries and a bag of candied oranges because it’s still in the “fruit food group.” Omg. Eat them with hot tea and don’t look at the...More

Not that there is such a thing in Florence as a big shop. We were looking for a bottle of wine to take back to our hotel. Unlike the US, these shops have a little bit of everything. The staff was helpful and we got...More

The fruits available here are vibrant and fresh - a treat for photographers and their tastebuds! Here you can purchase a variety of fresh and packaged foods. The storefront is quaint and it was exactly what we were looking for while walking around Florence.

Duomo
Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
