This museum is situated in the Pitti Palace. It contains many art pieces which are simply stunning. The rooms in which the collection is housed are also fantastic. Worth seeing.

Just one of a number of museums in the Pitti Palace the collection in this museum is amazing. One cannot help but admire the workmanship evident in the many pieces on display. The rooms in which the objects are displayed are also worth seeing.

We visited this museum as it was included in the price of the Giardino Boboli. I wasn't quite taken with the treasures as these were glorified houses (albeit spectacularly made and presented) of relics so don't go if you're squeamish as there's lots of bones...More
