Our guide Roberta was amazing. Perfect Spanish and a deep knowledge of art, history and Florence. Comprehensive tour. This was our first time in Florence and this tour one of the highlights!

We went to the ticket office. Reservations for the dome are all blocked in the next 4 days. We only have one day left in Florence. What can we do? Turns out there is this tour by Florencepass which is both guided and includes reservation to the dome top! Thanks Florencepass for saving the day and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. Very passionate about art pieces and she made a point that no one should ever touch marble works. Like her a lot! Had a great day.

We just returned from Florence and took three separate tours (Duomo, Uffizi, and Pitti Palace) with Florence Pass Tour Operators and would highly recommend them as your tour guide in Florence. The guides were exceedingly knowledgeable and related the history of Florence throughout each tour. Their command of English was superb and made the whole tour easy to follow. We never would have learned so much about the history and culture of Italy if we hadn't taken these tours. Very nice people to deal with and would use them again when we return to Italy.

My husband and I took a private full day tour of Florence by foot with Maurizio in May, 2016. Maurizio is quite knowledgeable regarding the history of Florence and art history in general. We saw the interiors of the Duomo, the Academia, the Uffizi, and the Vasari Corridor as well as a number of squares, statues, and other sites. Maurizio put what we were seeing into perspective both in terms of the history and culture of the day. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are taking our daughters with us to Florence this May and are planning to tour again with Maurizio.

We decided to go with 'Florence Pass' as they only take a maximum of ten people per tour and all in one language. The best decision we ever made.. Our guide (Roberta) was amazing, articulate, knowledgeable and passionate. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was out of season and there was only two of us, any other tour operator would of cancelled. We wouldn't consider using any one else.

We pre-booked the Walking, David to David, Duomo and Uffuzi Tours with Florence Pass, all on different days. All meetings went as arranged and we had 3 different guides over the 4 tours, all excellent and all local. Learnt such a lot and particulary enjoyed the Baptistry, a nice surprise. Two of the tours were just us three, one tour had another couple join us and the Duomo was a larger group of 12 - 15 so we basically had three private tours. This is a local family business and well worth supporting.

I went on a tour with Maurizio a year ago and I still think quite often about how wonderful it was. When I found his card in my desk today, I knew I had to finally write a review. We were a group of five friends (45-55) and Maurizio was our guide for half of a day. He was a flexible and lively guide adjusting the pace to our expressed interest and I particularly enjoyed the immense knowledge that he had when answering our questions. He was not "sticking to a script" and was able to address in depth our individual areas of interest. I also appreciated his sense of humor which added greatly to the enjoyment of the day. I recommend FlorencePass without reservation.

We had the pleasure of having Maurizio as our guide during our sunset Florence tour last month. Maurizio was extremely accommodating by adjusting the tour so that we could see new things (as we had already seen the ponte vecchio on our own the day before). He even gave us a refund as we had accidentally overbooked for too many people.
In addition to showing us the key sights in Florence, Maurizio was also full of handy tips as to the best places to eat and the places for the best views. Definitively would recommend this tour!

I want to write a review while my trip is still fresh in my thoughts. I have been around the world including Florence visited 3x in the past 3 months. I have never come across a tour guide as brilliant as Roberta. She had a way of making the art work pop. She gave each piece in each room a story so wonderful & full of life. Even the bystanders were captivated by her speaking. She even had my mother-in-law & sister-in-law (who are not huge fans of art) totally enthralled. Fantastic tour. I can't wait to return & have EVERY tour done all over again by Ms. Roberta. Thank you Maurizio for having such a gem.

My husband and I will be arriving to the port of La Spezia on a cruise and would like to take a private tour to Florence to see the Piaza del Duomo and David at the Academia Museum. We would also like to spend a few hours seeing the countryside. Perhaps visit a winery. Can you pick us up and drop off at the ship?

Per quanto riguarda i tours da noi svolti in lingua italiana, dobbiamo dirle che sono in programma il sabato e la domenica - eccetto la prima domenica del mese, per il momento.
Pertanto, nel giorno da lei richiesto è previsto soltanto il tour in lingua inglese.
