We participated in a 5 hour activity- walking through the market and a cooking class with Martina and Marco. Both were very nice and we learned to make great Italian dishes. Very recommended.

Eating at a restaurant that offers the famous Florentine T-Bone steak is a must, while visiting Florence, if you love steak.

I love Italian Pizza. Contrary what I heard prior to having pizza in Florence. I can eat Italian Pizza everyday. Super thin crust (almost like a wafer), melted cheese with toppings of your own choice and greens on top of it. Couldn't get any better...More

Nothing special about this tour, especially if you know your way around a food market, or wine and cheese shop; speaking italian is not necessary, but doesn't hurt- our guide was British who spoke italian. Best part was wine tasting and food tasting at Pozzo...More

This tour is off the tourist-beaten path. They take you were the local Florentines shop for the daily groceries, drink their coffee, and buy their wine. They know the merchants personally and as a result, the group gets special treatment (and sometimes free samples). My...More
