We visited Cortona while staying at villa La Mucchia at the foot of the town. it is the nicest panorama I ever saw, as well as the place of the lord of cortona during the past centuries.

Piazza Della Repubblica is the main piazza in Cortona. It’s a great place to sit and people watch. Many restaurant and shops along the Piazza to enjoy. We loved Cortona!

Great piazza with restaurants, gelato and a supermarket. I found a great fruit store where the owner selected the best peaches for me. Some great shopping around this area.

This is a lovely center of the town of Cortona. There is always a free wine tasting going on and usually other foodie events. We were able to attend the chocolate festival!

This piazza with buildings that seem untouched for well over a hundred years is one of the important meeting places in this wonderful small town. Every tourist will come here and be enchanted
