This was recommended as one of the places to visit by our tour guide and she was right. A peaceful place to come and sit and look at the very nicely laid out gardens but of course the main event here are the views over...More

Visited here this afternoon with my girlfriend. Very pretty garden with stunning views and great photo opportunities. Designed by an English woman who later married an Italian. A hidden gem well worth a visit.

This is not a must-see attraction, it is basically a little stroll to pass the time. It is literally a walking path with a few trees, shrubs and plants. We spent about 20 minutes looking around and were pretty much done.

You should visit there. It is romantic, peaceful garden located in very nice spot to the ocean. Just walk slowly and enjoy the views. Sit on the bench and let time flies.

Villa Comunale is a gem of a place. It is very well looked after, very relaxing to walk around and you might even be lucky enough to meet the resident cats! It is a great place to take pictures as well.

Pleasant gardens in the town. A bit arid in August, but I should imagine they are really beautiful between April and June. The northern end is quieter, but at the other end there are also curious follies as well as the plants. Like many things...More

The beautifully designed and well-maintained gardens offer some respite from the main town when visiting in peak season. There are various statues and sculptures to take in around the gardens.

It has it all for photography lovers with views and cool brick structures, and is a place to cool off from the intense heat by taking a stroll in a gorgeous park.

I agree with all other posts. It your mum can manage the walk to the gardens and back then I am sure she will really enjoy these lovely gardens. Plenty of shade, plenty of seats. Really hope you get to see them
