This is a small island you can walk to. There is a house on the island which is accessible with a ticket for €4 per person. It was pretty cool to relax on the rocks. The water is very clear and you will see a...More

You can get the cable car down to Isola Bella from Taormina, which is a lot more fun than hiking! The beach is small and largely covered with loungers you have to pay for but the boat trips are excellent, as are the seafood restaurants...More

This is a beautiful beach in Taormina. It has clean, clear water on very small pebbles. The location is what you picture Sicily to look like. Old and mountainous with clean, very blue water. It's very remote but crowded. No waves - just beautiful water....More

Pebble Beach, Cristal clear water, access only by stairs. Unless you spend the hole day, do not waste your money in renting a tent and a chair.

It’s a very nice little island with both sides swimming possibilities. It’s a rocky beach so mind to buy shoes to go into the water. Snorkeling is also possible, crystal clear water. Quite unique place!

Isola Bella is a part of the downhill Taormina, a very romantic and picturesque place close to the beach and holding small restaurants, hotels and boutiques. Very convenient to chose a hotel here in order to be closer to the beach, otherwise Taormina is up...More

This is a stunning beach and well worth a visit. Lots of people were wearing beach shoes as there are a lot of stone and rocks. It is also very hot to walk on in bare feet. Our hotel called ahead and reserved us a...More

You can enter the island if you like, but better to swim around it (just mind the jellyfish). There is a funicular that will take you down from Pirandello Street in Taormina, or if you are coming in by bus from Naxos, just get off...More
