Lovely, busy place to spend the day. Make sure that you have water shoes with you because the pebbles on the beach make it painful for you to walk if you are not used to it.

We had a great day at Isola Bella, and the blue Grotto. The water is a delight, very clear, you can see the corals and fish. Isola Bella is very crowded, since everybody wants to be there. Charming!

For a space in paradise which should be so beautiful, there are unresolved political issues which prevent the restructuring of La Isola Bella to it's former glory. Great to visit but slightly disappointing.

We love taormina, and we loved Isola Bella. But the water were very unclean and the place as well. They should really take care of it more :(

People flock here for a reason: it’s a gorgeous mountainous cove with perfectly blue, swimmable water, boat excursions, and restaurants with good food. Take a left after the stairs to the umbrellas for the best spot.

Not expensive to visit and a lovely quiet island. Beautiful views and gardens. Very picturesque with views of the bay and ocean

The view on Isola Bella is hart braking. But if you don’t like crowded beach, as I don’t, come here just for one swim and to take pictures

The island/peninsula is a nature reserve and is protected, making it the perfect place for snorkelling. The beaches are pristine, as is the crystal clear water.
