Amazing tour guide, with so much knowledge to share. We loved exploring the city, culture, and history through food. Favorites include fried octopus, spleen, as well as risotto balls, olives, and chickpea pancakes. This is a must if you’re visiting Palermo!

One of the highlights of our trip to Sicily, still talking about it...just amazing. My teen ate everything from the fish to the spleen sandwich at the end, and don't forget the almond milk granita.
