About
In the center of Palermo, Tre Erre, the family firm produces ceramics based on 16th-century Sicilian models, but always with a sophisticated, modern twist. The result is a shop that's frequented by visitors on shore excursions from cruise ships who stock up on jardinieres, planters, anthropomorphic vases, lace-edged bowls and platters. Prices are lower than you'd expect.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The workmanship is excellent with reasonable prices for handcrafted ceramics. Shop owner spent quite some time with me even though I only bought a relatively inexpensive item. They were very proud of their work with good reason.

In a Saturday, After reading all of the reviews for this place we desperately wanted to go there and look at what they had to offer. We walked about 3 miles to get there, arrived and they were closed. Both TripAdvisor and their website said they open at 4 PM. So we waited. By 4:20 no one was there, so we looked in the windows and saw a lady inside cleaning. My friend called the number on the website, and asked if they were open and they said yes. But they weren't open. It was very strange. Bad experience!

Dear customer, we are sorry for what happened ... but in your visit, unfortunately you noticed the person who was cleaning inside, but not the three notices displayed, literally: “Dear costumers! This exercise will remain closed on Saturday afternoon. You can visit our new show room in Via Roma 358”. In the same notice is indicated pedestrian or car driving to reach the store. We are sorry that you didn’t notice the warnings and didn’t understand when your call the shop… you’ve being informed that the new store was open in Via Roma 358. We look forward to welcoming you next time you will have the pleasure of reaching us.

I spent two weeks in Italy saving my ceramic purchase for Palermo I was shopping in Palermo looking for a ceramic shop I saw a few places but they were more knick knack souvenir shop plus the pottery. When I arrived at Tre Erre I knew I was going to make my purchase here. They are 100% pottery no souvenir magnets, hats, dish towels etc. Just ceramics I bought more than I planned and the best part was they wrapped everything up and shipped back to the U.S for me with insurance. I did ask the other stores about shipping and they said they could but I didn't feel comfortable with them I felt like if it even arrived I was taking a chance. Tre Erre had a UPS sticker on there window and the carrier even made a pick up while I was there. UPS definitely knew the shop clerk as they exchanged friendly conversation.

This shop is filled with lovely pottery. The owners were very nice to work with. I would recommend anyone visiting Palermo stop in. It is very handy, just across from the cruise port, so an easy walk to stop in.

We were in this shop in Julay, 2015. We bought 3 big plates and got a gift for our boy - a ceramic car.

We spent almost 2 hours talking to owners. It was very very pleasant experience.

Greetings from Kate, Alexander and Maxim from Minsk! And thanks for your kindness.

I take thrown pottery classes so I was looking to buy some handmade pottery while in Sicily. I found them through trip advisor and agree with all of the previous comments.
The prices were very good and the quality is better than what I saw at other shops. The owner was very friendly and answered all of my questions about various pieces. She even gave me some tips on firing my own pottery to achieve different results. She packaged the items in bubble wrap and I was able to transport everything home without any damage. I love the pieces that I bought and I would love to go back to the store again or maybe make some purchases online.

What a beautiful shop of family made ceramics in the local traditional style. Absolutely gorgeous! Excellent Customer Service and follow through on items sent across the Atlantic Ocean. Very nice couple who run the shop. And the work is some of the best we have seen not only in Sicily, but in all of Italy where we have visited. We are Italian Ceramics mavens and have seen a lot.
These are both traditional and creative, and exceptionally well executed. We first fell in love with them while staying at the Hotel des Palmes, where they are prominently displayed as part of the lovely decor.
Thank you for your work and your help. When we return to Palermo, we will return.

They design and make all the ceramic items in their store and they happen to be a very nice
couple . It was fun talking to them !!! Their prices are very reasonable !! I would recommend
them highly !!! We bought the cutest ceramic Vespa and they wrapped it so beautifully for us !!!

Thank You for a wonderful experience !!!!!
