If you want a very pleasant place for walk (even a jog) this tree shaded garden would be a good place. The layout is formal. There are a large number of sculptures and many places to sit down. There is no charge to enter, and...More

Free entry. This is more a park than a garden situated between the Botanical Gardens and the waterfront. Not very exciting as compared to the Botanical Gardens. Mind you, it is very hot and dry in Palermo at the moment so a lot of the...More

Free to enter with a nice cafe in one of its corners. Just the ticket to rest ones feet after the botanical gardens. A choice of pizza, pastries, coffee, gelato etc in pleasant surroundings.

The Gardens are pleasant.........entry is FREE........we walked to the center and calmly relaxed a while. It IS next to the Botanic Gardens.....but we decided not to go there. If you happen to find yourself at this end of the city, by all means.....stop by.

Like much of Palermo, Villa Giulio has been poorly maintained. The property is large and has good structure, with some excellent planting. However the grounds and ornamentation is in disrepair. The entire city of Palermo would benefit from investment in a clean up and ongoing...More
