Yes, this forms the border of the old town, but its nothing special. The botanical gardens are on it, along with the main train station. One end is the foro italico, which isn't the most interesting park.

We walked this street quite a bit as it was the most direct way to get to the station. Don't expect a scenic walk. It's a littered street with sidewalks of varying widths and, depending on the time of day, a mild-to-medium smell of urine....More
