Disgraceful! 20 minutes waiting on an empty bus then thrown off after paying. I had a receipt but they said it was for a 10 seater cramped van - utter rubbish.
So, they park the bus, give occasional tours when it suits them but mostly...More

Sent to a bus with roof after waiting 30 minutes in one without. Paid 15 euro, price is 5 euro for locals, I got 3 tickets marked 5 euro on same paper! Terrible sound, loud italian guiding on speakers kill the other languages on headphones.
Not really bad and not really the best but has to be considered that the price is convenient.

Tour is anyway funny my kids loved it.
Time is about +/- 2h.
